Flashback to Florida..

My 2nd year on the Barking Dog Images team was even more gorgeous than the first, with exceptional weather, wonderful team mates and amazing dog/handler teams to capture all week long.

But the first thing I had to do when I got off the plane was race to the beach -- I'm so busy the entire time I'm there, I really only have a chance to take in some scenery on the first and last day. Not that I'm not having a blast working the rings, but it's hard to cram in a full day of shooting, culling AND the beach.. unless you're willing to tote your laptop to the closest one, which I absolutely did a for one day. Seriously, as a Kansas girl, I can't be 40 minutes from the beach and NOT be there every chance humanly possible!

My next Barking Dog Images assignment is the 1TDC in March, so the scenery will be a little less thrilling, but I'm just as excited to get together with the crew and catch some crazy agility as I always am -- and I'm doubly excited to meet up with the Wild At Heart crew and do LOTS of fun mini photoshoots!
